I have specialised in the motor trade since starting as an apprentice parts advisor in 1996 working my way up to the role of dealer principle some 28 years later.

As a leader my strength and pride lies in the development of my colleagues around me, this has been a real driving force in mine and my teams achievements. I have a real belief that we all succeed together.
